How to maintain a healthy weight

This time we will discuss about how to maintain a healthy weight. After our diet and get the ideal body weight of course we want to maintain the weight that we have accomplished. The following are some things we can do to keep the weight off 


1 Avoid fizzy drinks 
Fizzy drinks can make us gain weight again. We can replace fizzy drinks with fresh fruit juice or yogurt. 

2 Keep sports 
When we diet we must diligently exercise, Well at the time we exercise in a weight loss program, your body will learn the practice and become accustomed. So as to increase the burning of calories then you should increase the exercise intensity and load during exercise. Therefore if we stop the total of exercise can cause your weight back to normal. Keep the sport, though not as often as when we're dieting.


3 Keeping your calorie intake 
After our weight down is typical to assume that satisfied and could eat anything after weight down and our old habits resurface, eat uncontrollably. If such an ideal weight that we get will last only briefly. We must keep the number of calories that enter our bodies, do not eat fast food, and other fatty foods. Do not be too frequent eating out, cooking our own meals more secure cleanliness and we can count calories ourselves. 

4 Exercise unexpected 
This exercise does not need to be done in the gym, because this exercise can be done by doing housework, climbing stairs, walking to the office, etc.. 

5. Eating at right time 
 Do not leave the breakfast. Do not eat the night right before bed, better dinner between 6-7 hours or 3-4 hours before bedtime so that our digestion works well. 

Maintaining it is more difficult than obtaining it, therefore it takes a lot of discipline in maintaining the lifestyle to stay healthy and stay slim body ideal. Congratulations!
