Hair loss is a common problem experienced by many people. Hair loss can be caused by a mismatch against a particular brand of shampoo or a wrong way we care so the hair becomes broken / loss. Here I will share the experience in dealing with hair loss problems.
1 Often comb the hair
Often comb hair will be neat and not wrinkled. If not, then the hair will tangle, and when you comb the hair matted condition, the hair will break off and leave hair in your comb.
2 Pat hair after shampooing
When shampooing remember to massaging the scalp so that the hair roots strong. And when you're done kramas do not rub your hair with a towel, just pat enough. Because it would hurt the hair and result in broken hair / loss.
3 Do not tie your hair too often
Do not tie your hair too frequently so hair can breathe free. If want to tie the hair, not too tight. Especially when sleeping, let your hair down.
4 Use a hair dryer to heat the fitting, not too hot
It would be better if the hair is allowed to dry on its own, do not use a hair dryer. But when in a hurry use a hair dryer to medium heat until the hair is half dry, and do not get too close to the hair. It could also use a fan-cooled to dry hair.
That's a few tips that I do to treat the hair. At first my hair fall out too often, but now I try to be more attention to my hair. And now my hair is back began to fall thick and hair loss began reduced.
