Tips to Gain Weight

Previously we have much to discuss about the diet and beauty. Well now we will discuss about how to gain weight, because not everyone in this world has an ideal body or fat. 

Has the ideal body weight is everyone's dream, it is no wonder so many people are trying to gain weight. In reality, not all people have the ideal weight, there are overweight (obesity), some are underweight (thin). 
Weight loss usually affects the health, with the ideal weight will not be susceptible to disease because of his endurance is better.

4. Sports / Fitness

5. Extra Fat
