The first thing i want to say in this blog is "happiness makes you healthy and beautiful". how can i say this? Because if you are happy you can do anything, for example you  feel that you can bring down the mountain while you are happy. But if you are not happy (stress), just for lift your head, you feel its very very heavy. And not only that if you are happy you will feel you are the most happiest person in the world. 

There are still more the benefits of happiness, like :
1. Lower the stress hormone. Laugh is a perfect medicine for tension and can lower the stress hormone like cortisol and adrenaline. off course with the decline of that hormone can help lower blood pressure. its so simple, but can you do it?
2. Healthy heart. Happy people have a more healthy heart than those who are often stressed. However, it does not mean that everyone is happy can avoid the risk of a heart attack. It's just bad emotional can increase pressure on your heart.
3. Cure headache. Stress and depressed can cause headache, that's why happiness will prevent headache because if you are happy, you will not feel stress or depressed.
