Many of us became a loyal audience of television or watched television. Watched television? It happens when we fall asleep while watching television. But some people are not like watching television. If we are faithful television viewers, don't be surprised if in the bedroom there is a television set. However, do you know if watching television can give bad influence for health. Why?
Lack of sleep
With television, we are certainly interested to see the movie and then staying up late and reduce our hours of sleep. Lack of sleep can damage the skin and gives the impact of bad for health.
Sleep becomes not qualified
Healthy sleep is a qualified sleep. Sleeping while watching television, let alone let it light up all night would make our sleep interrupted. The next morning, we definitely feel tired and not fresh.
Hungry/Snacking at night
While viewing television, most people would choose to be accompanied by delicious snacks. But not infrequently also we feel hungry again though it was dinner. And then, what about our diet plan? Not to mention, if the snacks consumed high in fat and sugar. This is a bad habit.
