What is Infused Water? How to make it?

Hi guys, long time no see. How are you guys? Surely stay healthy, right? This time we will discuss about infused water,the healthy trend that lately there is so much discussion about it. Infused water is water that is mixed with various fruit combinations. But instead of soup fruit or fruit ice. To be able to enjoy the white water with fruit flavor is very refreshing and we do not need to buy an expensive price, because we can make yourself at home with our favorite fruits.

Infused water is very easy to make. You simply select a fruit or herb to be mixed, then cut it. The ratio is 5 to 10 pieces to 100 ml of water. If the basic flavor of the fruit is sour, you can add with a little sugar. Then, put the fruit into the bottle or sealed container in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
