Ever heard the suggestion that we should sleep 8 hours a day to keep the body healthy and optimum brain function? You hear it, right? But it was not only that we must note. If we still like to stay up and spend the time to work or play games, or do anything else that causes lack of sleep, it can make us old faster. Terrible isn't? Look old in our young age.
As quoted from health.com, sleeping less than 5 hours per day / per night can make us faster so old and wrinkled skin. Lack of sleep not only causes panda eyes but also makes us get olg quickly and wrinkled. Obviously we do not want that , don't you?
In fact, there is a study which shows that lack of sleep can make a person short-lived or quickly die. This is because sleep is a natural time to regenerate body cells, including skin cells. Sleep is a time to rest the body after a day of activity so that we can move normally again tomorrow. Lack of sleep also causes us to be a bad mood and become irritable because of fatigue.
So, if you want to stay beautiful with taut skin glow and works with good mood, we must take the time to sleep even though a lot of important work. If lack of sleep the work will not be completed with the maximum.
